Thank you for visiting our website. This document is our Terms of Service (i.e., “Agreement”) for our Company’s website. It is a legally binding contract between our Company, visitors, users, and customers.

If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, please do not use or access this website or reserve services through our Company.

We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to these provisions.

Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement, Clean n' Dash LLC may also be referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”, and the Customer or Client may also be referred to as “You” or “Your.”

Cleaning Services

Clean n' Dash LLC provides professional residential and other cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information, select a specific cleaning service, and specify details of the premises (such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms).

All bookings will have a one to two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events.

🔹 Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email.

Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation:

Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur.

A representative will contact you via email or phone to confirm your appointment.

🔹 We schedule cleanings to minimize driving time and optimize efficiency.

🔹 If you need a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.

Lockout Policy:

If our representative cannot access the property upon arrival due to a locked door or other restrictions, a $100 lockout fee will be charged.

Appointment Window:

Our Company allows a one to two-hour arrival window due to unforeseen events (traffic, weather, etc.). If our representative is delayed, we will notify you via phone or text.

Payment

🔹 Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client Portal on our website or by phone.

🔹 We accept all major credit and debit cards.

🔹 Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning is performed.

Payment Options & Discounts:

Customers can schedule:

✅ Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Cleanings

🔹 Additional services are available through our Website Portal, or you can contact us for a custom quote.

🔹 Customers enrolled in recurring services authorize our Company to charge their stored credit or debit card only after each scheduled cleaning.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds since we are committed to providing high-quality services.

However, mistakes happen. If you are unhappy with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

Right to Refuse Service

Our Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason to protect our business, subcontractors, and agents.

We do not provide services in homes with:

🚫 Weapons openly displayed

🚫 Excessive clutter

🚫 Disconnected utilities

🚫 Aggressive pets

If a cleaner feels unsafe, they may leave the premises, and you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

🔹 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.

🔹 Failure to Notify: If you fail to provide notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

🔹 Lockout Fee: If our cleaners are unable to gain access or are turned away at the door, a $100 lockout fee will be charged.

Security and Alarms

🔹 By scheduling a cleaning service, you grant our representatives access to your property.

🔹 If your home has a security system, please turn it off or provide access instructions.

🔹 Clean n' Dash LLC is not responsible for any damages or theft if you leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location.

🔹 Upon termination of services, we will return all customer keys within 48 hours or the next business day.

Utilizing Customer’s Equipment

If you request our team to use your personal cleaning equipment, we do not accept responsibility for damages.

If your vacuum or equipment is inoperable, our team will use their own equipment.

Special Cleaning Instructions

Green Cleaning Supplies:

Please notify us in advance if you require us to use only green cleaning solutions.

Personal Cleaning Supplies:

If you prefer our team to use your personal cleaning supplies, please have them ready and accessible.

What We Cannot Clean:

🚫 Mold removal

🚫 Hazardous material cleaning

🚫 Hoarding clean-ups

🚫 Biohazards (blood, feces, urine, etc.)

Limited Liability:

We are not responsible for damages caused by:

🔹 Normal wear and tear

🔹 Pre-existing damage

🔹 Fragile or improperly installed items

Breakage & Loss Policy

Our team takes great care when cleaning your home. However, accidents happen.

If damage or loss occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours.

We are not liable for damage to:

✅ Fragile items (art, heirlooms, collectibles, etc.)

✅ Electronics & appliances

🔹 Please specify how to handle fragile goods before cleaning.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

By using our services, you agree not to solicit our employees, agents, or subcontractors for private work for at least one year after termination of services.

If this policy is violated, Clean n' Dash LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid.

E-Sign Agreement

By using our services, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding.
